Production technology

Wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric: the appearance is closer to the traditional paper or fabric, the fiber shows a natural interweaving state, feel soft, there is a certain degree of slack.

intensity

Spunbonded non-woven fabric: has a high tensile strength and tear strength, especially in the longitudinal and transverse strength is more balanced, can withstand greater tension and external forces.

Wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric: although the strength can also meet the general use requirements, relatively speaking, its strength is slightly lower than spunbonded non-woven fabric, especially in the wet state, the strength of wood pulp Spunlace non-woven fabric will decrease.

Air permeability and moisture permeability

Spunbonded non-woven fabric: has good permeability, can allow air to pass freely, but the moisture permeability is relatively weak, and the water vapor transmission speed is slow.

Wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric: not only good air permeability, but also strong moisture permeability, can quickly let water vapor through, keep the skin dry, with good comfort.

Spunbonded non-woven fabric: relatively stiff, softness is not as good as wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric, especially in the case of no special post-treatment.

Wood pulp spunlaced non-woven fabric: very soft, comfortable to feel, little irritation to the skin, especially suitable for products in direct contact with the skin.
