B. Fiber raw materials → opening and mixing → combing into mesh → pre-wetting → positive and negative spool → post-finishing → drying → winding ↑ Water treatment cycle different ways of mesh affect the vertical and horizontal strength ratio of the final product, process A has a better adjustment of the vertical and horizontal strength ratio of the fiber mesh, which is suitable for the production of spool synthetic leather substrate; Process B is suitable for the production of spunlace wood.
