The relevant person in charge of a number of enterprises said in an interview with a reporter of China Textile News that this year's "gold nine" is less than expected, although October has just started, but the industry is generally not optimistic about the sales trend of the month. Although this year's fabric market "gold nine silver ten" color may not be as good as in previous years, but the industry generally believes that the fourth quarter market performance is still predictable, the last two months of market performance or will appear "carry-over" phenomenon.
First, enterprise production is more cautious
In September, affected by the soaring international oil prices, textile raw material prices began to rebound. PTA and ethylene glycol prices rose rapidly, and polyester filament prices also rose strongly. However, compared with the hot raw material market, the fabric market appears quite "calm".
"Now the concept of 'nine gold and ten silver' is fading, and the market has no clear timeline." Shanghai Zhengjia Milk silk Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhengjia milk silk") relevant person in charge said, "In previous years from August, the factory is running at full capacity, the workers basically have to 'three shifts', but in recent years the market is somewhat abnormal, the concept of off-season and peak season is gradually blurred." This year in particular, the gold sales period is clearly not complete."
"Since September, although the factory opening probability has rebounded compared with August, the overall order volume is small, and the profit is also very general." The overall business opening rate has not changed much." The person in charge of a fabric enterprise in Wujiang, Jiangsu, admitted that there is a certain gap between the market this year and previous years.
"The market in September this year is similar to the situation in August, the sales are some seasonal products, the order volume has decreased significantly compared with last year, and the order profit is low, about 5%." Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, a fabric enterprise sales staff revealed.
According to the sample data monitoring of China Silk City network, the inventory of water jet and jet weaving enterprises in Shengze, Jiangsu Province, is maintained at 35.3 days, down 0.5 days from the end of August. Although the overall inventory of the market has declined, it is limited to the recent hot products, and the inventory of other products with flat sales has not been improved. The market is still short of large orders, and most manufacturers reflect that it takes a long time to return the final payment, and the inventory pressure of finished products is increased, so the start and production are more cautious.
China Textile City also pointed out in the recently released market conditions that although the variety of fabric operators listed in September has increased, the transaction is still relatively limited, and the market transaction is still dull in recent days, sales hotspots are still too few, and sales are still insufficient.
According to the past law, the annual "gold nine silver ten" is the "climbing period" of fabric enterprise sales, however, in recent years, "gold nine silver ten" seems to have been difficult to show a lively scene in short supply.
Second, the enthusiasm of the subdivision field is high
Although the overall performance of market orders is less than expected, it does not prevent some fabric companies from still handing over a good answer.
Quanzhou Mutu Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is one of them. The company's business manager Ye Xiangjia told reporters that at present, the company's orders are in good condition and maintain a steady upward trend. "We mainly develop and produce functional fabrics. In recent years, consumers' enthusiasm for outdoor sports has increased, driving our sales. The company not only conducts in-depth research and development for mass sports needs such as running, yoga, and fitness, but also launches more specialized products for many niche sports needs. For example, racing, such sports are not played by many people in China, but there are many fixed audiences abroad. This kind of clothing fabric has a high technology content, relatively few manufacturers, and profits are naturally guaranteed."
In the case of increasingly fierce market competition, Shaanxi Boyu Textile Co., Ltd. in the first seven months of foreign trade increased by 30%. "The reason why Boyu can win the favor of foreign customers is that we constantly promote the upgrading of equipment and product quality." Xu Xiao, deputy general manager of the company's sales, said that in recent years, the company has invested 1.5 billion yuan to build a spinning workshop of 42,000 square meters and a weaving workshop of 28,000 square meters. In order to improve production efficiency, the company has introduced international advanced production equipment and technology from Germany, Switzerland and other countries, and has 120,000 spindles and 392 large-reel air-jet looms. In the spinning process, the efficiency of the fully intelligent production method is more than 15% higher than that of the traditional production method.
Xu Xiao said that many customers came to the factory to see the new plant and the new advanced equipment, and they had a deeper understanding of the company's production capacity, product quality and service. "A while ago, a Southeast Asian customer came to visit, and we soon signed a contract for 400,000 meters of medical fabrics, with a transaction value of about $300,000." We are very confident in the 'gold nine silver ten' market."
The recent sales of Jiangsu Mengfei Silk Weaving Co., Ltd. are also steadily improving. An official of the company said: "Our main customers are hotels.
